I had a 45w Samsung branded charger that worked great (overpriced IMO) but overall it was fast and got the job done in an hour and a half, at a 5,000 mAh battery. Unfortunately, I took that brick with me on a trip with some janky-ish outlets and the prongs ended up arcing. But luckily I spotted this here and bought it up pretty fast. Sure it's no 45w super duper charger but honestly I haven't seen a difference in charge times. I'm sure that if you put it on a multimeter it would be a good amount of difference but in a real-time test, it works well. Overall I recommend this over an Anker charger just cause it's a little more sturdy. 10/10 Read more

This wall charger USB adapter is a sturdy and economical replacement for your Samsung devices. It does not get hot like some knock offs do. We purchased this for the charging and to power a new Samsung tablet. It's compatible for the Samsung to power the phone and tablet also. It does not come with the cord. My wifes new tablet came without a USB charger so we purchased this one. The name brand is much better than any knockoffs and I highly recommend this item. Read more
