See other 5 star reviews for the TV itself - it's a winner. Delivery was an adventure. I opted for a refurb/return unit which I would not recommend for the faint of heart. I am retired and have the time for the hassle. The first unit was damaged during shipping so the supplier sent out a new unit - great customer service. The only problem was waiting over three weeks to finally get the TV. Getting information on the shipping status was almost nonexistant. However the supplier did provide as much info as they could. I did not know the TV was coming until the day before it arrived. I would recommend using Amazon's standard shipping and buying process. Read more
