The seller was extremely helpful. First delivery, the TV was damaged during transit. The box was punctured, and the screen was cracked across the bottom. I contacted the seller, and they were very quick to get a replacement shipped out. The delivery time was unfortunately long, but it's also a very large TV, so there has to be some expectation that it would take a bit. (Also came from halfway across the country).
