We love the TV. It was very easy to set up. It is a sturdy TV. The images are clear and rich in tone. We prefer to use our old remote because it is easier to adjust the volume up or down. We found this flat-screen, our sixth over the years, remarkably easy to set up and view. WiFe connection is easy, and we had no difficulty pairing our streaming service's remote to the set. The video is crisp, and the things produced with high definition in mind pop without losing detail in the shadows. A warning: Some older programming, such as earlier Seinfeld episodes, makes you ask yourself how you ever watched things with such low definition. The built-in speakers are as good as one can expect in a flat screen. We connected ours to one of Bose's higher-end sound bars with a powered base and surround speakers the sound is exceptional. This really pays off if you stream one of the music services. I suppose the highest-end monitors must be even better, but at a price below $800, this gives great value for money. Definitely worth every penny! Settings and set up is easy to figure out.. We've had it for months now and not a single issue. At first we hadn't received a wall mount with our order but received everything else so we messaged the seller and they responded with 24-48 hrs and sent us one asap no questions asked! They were great and the tv has been the best one we've ever had, it also has a function where if you download an app you can have a remote through your phone in case the physical is lost or you prefer it. This is an awesome TV! My old TV was connected to my PC so I could connect to my subscription sites. This TV can connect to these sites with just the TV antenna connected to the TV. It has an awesome picture, but I am having a little trouble trying to figure out how to use the remote. Wish there was a folder on what all the buttons on the remote do. HOW DO I TYPE LETTERS SO I CAN SEARCH FOR "HALLMARK" so I can add it as a site for my wife. Read more
