Honestly, these are pretty great. I dont have an annoyance with it, though. Their connection range is pretty great, to be honest. Even at work when I walk half way through our warehouse. They last me at least 8 hours of the work day, they fit quite well, unlike that Buds Live. The noise cancellation works almost a little too well sometimes, also. My biggest problem with it, is the damn material its made out of. Granted, most are made like that, but WHY MAKE THEM SMOOTH. Makes them slip out of your ear. If I smile too wide, it pushes out one. Pros: - Given the refurbished status, I found that the product itself was practically in new condition as far as I could tell visually. - The material of the case and earbuds themselves + their finish makes them look real sleek. - Sounds quality was way better than I expected. - ANC is good enough for entry level users. - At first, they hurt to put in my ears for long periods of time, but then I guess I just got used to it over time. Cons: - I think these earbuds were designed for a very specific ear size/shape, so it may be uncomfortable for some. - I hear that the battery degrades quite quickly (just a rumor). First pair of earbuds I received had some type of audio issue. A tweater or something was out in them and it was fuzzy plus the noise cancelling didn't work. I sent them back and asked for a replacement, but then it was shipped to a whole different state. After that I just asked for my money back, which they did give me the next day after I asked. If you want a a good used pair, go look at the Samsung store and under the new ones they have used one. These Galaxy Buds are actually very good, better than I expected. I'm no audiophile by any means, and what sounds good to me might sound like garbage to someone else. My only requirement when shopping for earbuds is that the highs aren't too high, the lows aren't too low, and the mids aren't too... mid. You see where I'm going. All that being said, I find these earbuds to be very nicely balanced without having to touch any equalizers. Translation: these things sound great and pack a punch. I typically only wear them when I'm out for a walk, and one day I took a call and my friend couldn't hear any of the noise on my side, including loud cars. laughing kids, and barking dogs. Not sure how Samsung did that, but it's impressive if you ask me. Overall, I can recommend these earbuds without reservation. Lots of pros. My one con is the touch controls are very sensitive. I go to adjust them in my ear and I accidentally pause the music. Not a deal breaker at all though. Quit reading this and buy some! Read more

Don't get me wrong, they sound great, noise cancellation awesome, but the fit is terrible, they always fall off. Forget about jumping with them in your ears. I had to buy special holders to keep in place in my ears. The battery life, I don't know, I'm not impressed. To be honest the only cool with them is that they are part of your Samsung ecosystem if you have a Samsung phone and you want to be all Samsung. The phone talk to them and vice versa. They know each other. But nothing extra. I just got Aerofit 2 from Anker, I'm not trying to diss the Buds 3 but I have the same functions, AI Live translation included, the sound is incredible, and they are open-ear. Anyway 3 stars cuz the quality is there for sure, the technology is there, I love Samsung, but the fit is terrible. I don't have Dumbo ears unfortunately and putting those fit every time you want to use them is no fun. Read more
