These earbuds were definitely refurbished and cleaned properly before being placed in fresh packaging. It did not come with all the wings and different tips though. The wings that were on it didn’t quite fit the buds right but the fact that they were so clean they looked brand new, no scratches, and they charged up and connected to my phone without an issue, makes it so buying a package of replacement silicone parts wasn’t a big deal. The sound quality is exactly what I expected and more. I have the original Galaxy buds and they still work amazingly but they don’t connect with the app that supports Galaxy buds on my iPhone so I decided to buy the buds plus and I regret nothing. They are shaped exactly like the original Galaxy buds which was a big point for me as those are the only ones I ever found that fit my ears comfortably. I really appreciated getting a refurbished item in truly excellent condition. Now I can use my new Galaxy buds plus with my iPhone and I still keep my old ones for my Samsung tablet because they still work great after 5years! I've been buying these headphones since they came out. I've tried others but haven't found anything that comfortably fits my ear better, plus the battery life is amazing for how small they are! "Excellent" condition products are supposed to come with everything the original packaging did even if the actual packaging isn't original. These only came with the largest size gummies so they are WAY to big for my ear rendering them unusable for me and I'd assume a lot of other people. I'll buy some separately because I need headphones today but pretty annoying and inconvenient not to mention an extra expense. Read more

Recently had to retire my old samsung buds+ and wanted the same ones because they lasted me 5+ years. Sound quality is just like my old ones, connectivity works seamlessly. Case came in pretty good condition with only a couple scratches. When opening the case there was dirt on the inside. When I took the earbuds out I noticed slight earwax on them as well. Not sure if when they test the product they don't clean it afterwards but I cleaned it and they work perfectly. Fit great in my ears and if the durability is anything like my old ones they will last a long time. Read more
