Long shifts
I work as a nurse and my shifts are typically 13 hours long. This watch is used to get important notifications and track fitness while at work. The watch came and appeared brand new. It was dead on arrival but after about an hour of charging it was at 100%. It spent the day going through updates as to be expected with new technology. Battery life is great, at the end of my shift (which the watch was busy with notifications, tracking, and heart monitoring) the battery was at 30% which is very similar to the battery life of my cellphone. I'm sure if you use every single feature available on the watch, it'll drain fast, but I did not find this to be an issue. Wears comfortably, I have small wrists and the size was not massive on me. Great condition, poor battery.
The watch arrived quickly in excellent condition - I would not have known it was renewed if the product description didn't say so. I was easily able to connect it to my phone and get it working. Everything works as expected and I like the features. However, the battery life is not great and it takes a long time to charge. You will need to charge it at least once a day for about an hour and a half. I have definitely found myself wearing this less than I intended due to needing to charge it in the middle of the day and then forgetting to put it back on as I go about my day. Read more

My husband got me this watch for Christmas and it is nice but quite large for my wrist (I have small wrists). It worked fine as soon as I figured out how to set it set up. I wish they still sent instructions but those days are gone. So far the watch works fine though I wish the battery lasted longer. I have to charge it every night. Read more
Need Samsung phone for this watch
I am so disappointed. I bought this watch to monitor my heart. I checked before I bought the Galaxy4 watch to make sure it would work with a non Samsung phone. The answer was, "yes." But I did not know the right question to ask. I needed to ask if it would work with their health app. No. I need to have a Samsung phone to monitor my heart. I just bought a new Pixel.
