We are still testing so far the monitor works great, we did notice depending on the video card 240hz will cause power issues on some PCs with Nvidia Cards. Best to have a 1000-watt power supply when using the fast refresh rates. For productivity, this is a fantastic Monitor. I got 2 of them one above the other. Read more
This monitor is next level status regarding gaming! I have never been more impressed with a gaming monitor in my life! I went to the Samsung store and fell in love with it. However, when purchasing from this particular refurbished batch, be advised the shipping was less than appealing. I ordered this refurbished OLED Samsung 49" monitor on the 30th of January, it shipped from San Antonio, Texas on the 31st (2 hours away from me) to North Little Rock, Arkansas (more than 10 hours away from me) and has been sitting there since the 31st. II had the exact same thing as another person. I had little more than a year. Worked great at that time and I liked the screen. Then I go to the office sit down the screen is blank and no power. Computer and everything else is working fine but the monitor. I spent the extra money because I wanted to have one screen instead of doing the double at work. I THOUGHT it would last years but that was not the case. I asked Samsung for support and out of warranty. Last time I buy a samgsung monitor. Only one small piece of “Damage” had occurred with the monitor which i’m pretty sure was the delivery mans fault, other than that, it’s gonna arrive in pristine condition and will definitely reach expectations. Read more

Monitor arrived with scratches on the screen and the body of the monitor was beat up and scratched. Sent it back immediately. Not worth saving 200 bucks. Read more
After 13 months the monitor simply died after shutting it off before a 10 day vacation. Upon returning, nothing; no power despite testing the power adapter with a multi-meter and getting 20 volts of power from the power adapter. Now dealing with the poor quality of customer support Samsung provides! Read more
