Great light cordless Vac!!
Light weight. Extremely portable. I have a Janitorial business and use this to clean some pretty industrial properties. This Tracer works well. The battery lasts about 40 minutes and it has decent power to perform. I wish the dump cup was a little bigger. The vacuum gets filled up after each use it, on a big job you may dump it twice must ne dumped and the filter cleaned after each use. Also, I am having a hard time finding a second battery for the vacuum. Read more
Great vacuum - but the battery is no good
This vacuum cleaner worked like a pro ... for the first week until the battery simply stopped holding a charge. It says it's fully charged, but after snapping it in, it runs for 5 seconds now and dies. This is the WORST product I have ever bought off of Amazon because the hassle I have to go through now to return this - my store is a kiosk at an airport, so getting the vacuum cleaner IN was a pain and now when I replace this item with a better vacuum, I'll have to go through that lovely process again. Not your typical cordless
This vacuum has a unique design that offers several big advantages, but one real disadvantage. It works best with an extra battery (expensive) and filter (inexpensive).. What's unusual is that, instead of putting the motor and dust receptacle in the middle/body of the machine, everything is in the head. This means it will not fall over from standing, and you can leave it anywhere -- leave the extra battery on charge, and just swap it out when the charge gets low. The dust canister has a sliding bar to help knock the dust out, and the foam filter is big, with a lot of surface area. It can be washed thoroughly, but takes some time to dry, which is why it's good to have a a second. The disadvantage is that, with everything in the head, it doesn't fit well under furniture. If you can tolerate that, this is a useful, powerful vacuum good for rugs and for cleaning sand and dirt off bare floors. Read more
Don’t get your hopes up.
We bought 2 of these to use in our cleaning business as they are commercial vacuums. Honestly they are not worth the price tag. Not a lot of suction power and seems to not pick up that well. Have used the tineco ones and they do just as well for half the price. If the manufacturer can make these a little more powerful with better suction. Then these would be awesome Read more
