The cheese flavor in these are great.The texture is a little firmer than amazons.Being a dairy tester and farmer what I noticed is there are a lot more solids in these sticks that is where your getting the flavor from versus other brands. Cheese taste varies greatly depending on what type of cow milk used like Holstein versus Jersey.They are a very good cheese company I trusted in the past.Will keep buying as long as they keep putting out great quality products. One star off only because they are not organic. But the image of the brand gives me the impression of higher quality. Maybe that’s just good branding and marketing but I do like their cheeses in general. I buy these all the time. It’s a staple I have to have. I buy them a few at a time sometimes they have the bigger bags and I’ll get that if I can . I wish they were organic but they’re low-fat and the best I can find. I like the texture and flavor, it is mild, similar to an basic, Mrs. and I prefer the low-fat version not just because it’s lower fat but also I just I’m used to that texture. It’s a little less moist than full fat, but that’s what makes it easier to string which I like to do. I feel weird when I don’t string it. Like it it’s blasphemy oh no! It’s nice when it’s on sale. It’s worth the extra money though than generic brands unless I can find generic organic brands but they don’t usually make low fat so I usually get this. I’m addicted. Read more
