I have been battling trigger thumb in both hands and for roughly 12 weeks have done nothing but rest my hands... used a lot of ice... used thumb brace... ointments for pain... ibuprofen... I stumbled upon a video talking about kt tape for pain... although science says it doesn't work I thought I'd give it a try... Amazingly the pain when away immediately! I am able to continue doing my woodworking after resting my hands for 3 months. There is no popping, and no pain. I even use this tape on my knee that I had surgery on years ago when it flares up... works amazingly well. Just be sure and clean the area where you place the tape with alcohol as the tape will not adhere for long if you don't. Otherwise, even after a shower the tape holds well. Just dry it off and your good to go. I generally only have to tape my thumbs every 3 or 4 days. This is a good buy for anyone trying to get out of pain. Read more
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this kinesiology tape, but it actually works really well but wish it was pre cut Read more
yes they are thinner fabric than the name brand, but about the 1/3 the cost. They do stick pretty well. You have to prepare the skin surface to get good adhesion. I saved my leg hair and make sure they are dry. They are lasting 3-5 days, even with daily showers. If you have some weird taping requirements I would go with the uncut versions. There are lots of youtube videos out there for applications. will buy again. Read more

Overall, this tape is pretty good. It stretches well into the length I wanted and adheres well 95%. The end of one side if pulled off and reapplied after the initial adjustment of the length, it did not adhere. However, the rest of the tape did stay on well until it was ready to be pulled off. Of the 3 pieces I put on my arm 12 hours ago, one piece came off within a couple of hours. It rolled and then lost its stick. The second piece is holding up somewhat but a piece of it is flapping with no stick and I should lose that one I’m estimating tomorrow. So far the first piece I put on is still doing fine. You definitely can’t rub up against anything. I’m using this for tennis elbow so while I’m for example, sitting relaxing on the couch I can’t help but hit the tape. On a positive note I like the tape vs using an arm band or sleeve that strangles my arm because they don’t fit right and makes other areas hurt because of the amount of compression needed. With the tape there is much more freedom to move as usual. I don’t really notice I have it on. I have to admit that my pain feels much better already wearing the tape. I just don’t know if I’d recommend this brand because it doesn’t stay put. Read more
I saw a TikTok where a girl used KT tape to hold up “the girls” when wearing a low cut top. Im a 36 D & HOLY MOLY - IT WORKS! There is a learning curve when it comes to placement (go to TikTok), & it will NOT re-stick if you need to reposition it, but when it’s on, ITS ON. I Jumped, ran, did a burpee, & they stayed PUT. Cover nips with bandaid prior to applying, & remove very slowly & carefully because it will pull skin. Read more
This tape is amazing. I was in the bulky knees brace for 5 months then my PT introduced this brand to me. I have a loose knee cap and my knee would give out when I went down the stairs. The tape last so long. Be sure to use alcohol to remove skin oils before applying. I also cut the corners to prevent curling under my pants. I swim every day and it last for a long time. I only change it to match my attire with shorts and skirts. If it’s used properly it won’t curl and it can withstand water. Read more
