My favorite pans. Nonstick surface needs little to no oil. I haven't had anything stick to the pan and cleanup is a breeze. It's also induction ready. My other pans are Hexclad and All Clad but Scanpan is my favorite. Read more
I have purchased 2 of the ScanpanCX+ 11" fry pans this year as gifts for our Sons-in-Law. Having used Scanpans for approximately 10 years, I have a great appreciation of the pans and do enjoy cooking in them. So when "the guys", very much the cooks/chefs in their homes, both mentioned needed frying pans. it was a quick and easy purchase. This Scanpan CX 11" pan is so versatile to use and cooks consistently; it also cleans extremely easily. I personally like having a cover as it increases the utility of the pan. It wouldn't clean off even w/ Barkeeper's Friend. I still very much like the pan as I'm hoping it will not warp like the Calphalon pan it replaced. It's also thick and heavy. BTW, the directions say to preheat for 90 seconds, but that is not nearly enough if you want browned meat or pancakes. Read more
It is very heavy. I am 85 years old. I hope I'm going to be able to use it. It is beautiful and just what I was looking for. I have not had it long enough to cook with it very much. Read more
