Got this to wear for my renaissance fair costume over a white dress. It’ cute and comfy. I like that it’s stretchy in the back and has strong button snaps to keep it in place. It didn’t dig into me at all. Quality was good for the price. I wouldn’t be surprised if I wear this with regular outfits too! I got a size small and it fit me perfectly (I wear size 4-6, am 5’6, weigh about 130lbs). It feels well made, but I agree with a previous reviewer when she said it definitely runs large. I ordered what was supposed to be my size, forgetting that I had read that review of hers, and I'm kinda wishing I had done the next size down. I have a roughly 39nch waist, ordered a 2XL. I probably could have done an XL. With the front lace up at it's smallest, it still bags a bit at the top. But I wore it with 2 layers under it for my costume and that seemed to work well. Read more

I'm glad this for me, I'm a larger woman. Around 300lbs, 5'7" and usually wear a 1 or 2X. I was worried this would be tight on me but not at all. It holds it's shape well despite my rolls, very stretchy. The snaps on it are sturdy and you need some force to unsnap it, so I don't see it randomly busting open. Even while seated it holds well. The laces on the front are adjustable so if it's not stretchy enough for you you can definitely adjust it to be looser. Read more
