As a retired nurse, I, admittedly, carry a more extensive first aid kit then the average person. I have a 2-year-old grandson and like to be prepared for anything. This kit is not only fully stocked, it has a great variety of items, even for someone with more medical experience than the everyday person. It is compact and well organized. I purchased this for my church because the one we had was extremely old and wasn't equipped for an active shooter incident. I'm a deputy sheriff and have served with the rescue squad and felt this looked like a good bag for our needs. During the candle light service at Christmas we had a church member pass out, we had a couple RNs and a PA there to handle things until rescue arrived. Ordered this to take with us on camping trips. I am a trauma nurse and know exactly what I want in a pack. I love the pockets and how big the bag is. It came with O2 cannulas and masks which are not useful since this item does not come with an O2 tank so are worthless for this bag unless you have your own tank. I wish there was a pocket to slide the c-collar in to keep it safe and with the kit. I added quick clot, a portable O2 sat probe, an Igel, a few more pairs of gloves, and I removed a few gauze pads and bandaids. Overall I am happy with this kit. Read more
Everything I was asking for and more. I work with teens in a marching band and man do they find interesting ways to hurt themselves! I bought this not only for my band but it’s nice knowing I have it on hand at home/camping/hiking etc if something were to go wrong. Packed well and organized nicely.
