I have scoliosis and this brace has been the most comfortable to wear. I have a thick torso (apple shape) and I tried other braces available on this site that covered the whole torso, but they were very tight on me. The construction of this product is good. The material is OK, although not soft. Worn properly and for the amount of time it says to It seems to hold your shoulders back, you don’t realize it until you take it off how it helped, but I will probably end up sending it back and trying something else, because it puts my hands to sleep. I’ve been using this posture corrector strap for a little while now, and overall it does help with posture — I definitely feel more aligned when wearing it. That said, there are a couple of drawbacks that kept me from giving it a higher rating. First, it was a bit tricky to figure out at the beginning. The instructions weren’t super clear, and it took some trial and error to get it adjusted properly. Once I got the hang of it, it became easier to put on and use regularly. The biggest issue for me is the comfort level. It tends to dig into the armpit area after wearing it for a while, which makes it hard to keep on for long periods. This product is incredible. My doctor suggested I purchase a posture corrector for my bad posture due to my scoliosis. I didn’t know which one I should buy but figured I would give this one a shot since it was inexpensive and didn’t look too overwhelming. I was surprised by the quality, how well it fit, and how well it works. I wore it right when I got it for just 15 minutes and when I took it off I could feel a difference in such a short time, I felt relief from the tension I felt due to my bad posture and it was easier to sit up/stand up straight without feeling a strain. Just bought this the other day, but already feel a difference in my upper back, shoulder, neck region! I do office work and spend the majority of 8 hours at a desk in front of the computer. Sometimes I catch myself so curled over without any idea how long I have been sitting like that, but judging by the pain in my should Too Long!! I used it about 20-30 the day before yesterday & already felt like tension was eased. This morning I woke up sore, but not the same constant aching pain, more of a 'work out' kind of soreness.
