These are the perfect size and thickness. Fair value compared to a butcher shop and they taste delicious. Now for those that say they shrink it would like y’all sound like you play with for meat too much. Burgers are the easiest thing to cook in the world. Put them on a high heat to get a nice sear then lower the heat a bit so it doesn’t burn. Then wait! Blood will start to come out the top. Peak underneath and make sure you have the right level of Char or sear on them and them fill just one time. Again not super high heat and wait untill the blood come out of the top side now. O ce you get the signs of blood and juices gently lift to make sure you bottom side is cooked enough to your likeness. You can use a meat thermometer to verify temp depending on you finish rade, med rare, well etc. o like rare bordering on medium rare but mostly rare. I then put my cheese and turn the heat off and cover with a lid for a pan. DO NOT FLIP MORE THAT ONCE AND DO NOT PRESS YOIR BURGERS DOWN WITH A SPATULA! These aren’t smash burgers. If you follow the simple rules it should take about 8 minutes for multiple burgers at once. I’d you press them down you squeeze all the juices and flavor out and you cause the shrinkage. Read more

This makes a good hamburger either on the stove in the oven in your microwave in your crockpot in your Insta pot or on the BBQ no matter how you cook it. It’s still hamburger and it’s still good. Read more

These are my favorite burgers. In my opinion high fat burgers are better. For tacos or something leaner is fine but 75% to 80% lean makes a better burger. Its a 4 pack which is nice. They are perfect size. Great on grill or in air fryer. Made with good cuts for a juicy flavorful burger than doesn't need much added Read more

These are very good. Completely acceptable shrinkage. VERY beefy flavor. Unadulterated beef flavor. You won't be able to get a lot of spice or herb seasoning flavor INTO them, but put it on top and dress wisely. They behaved well from frozen in the stovetop cast iron skillet. For the grill, I could do that, but will prefer complete thaw, even a little fridge surface drying, smear butter and grill. Fast. For those complaining about the density, what frozen burger isn't? It's density helps maintain the juices and flavor. This isn't a raw smash burger. Bone complaints? Whatever. These burgers are good. But don't ever forget. Food processor or real meat grinder, buy two chuck roasts and chop them nearly as is and you have the base for the best burgers ever. Cheap. Think of it! Read more

I ordered and received, "The Signature Blend" (TSB), as well as, "The Prime Burger." This review will be for TSB. I placed the order on Friday night (Nov 7) at around 10:30 PM PST. The order came Saturday morning (Nov 8) at around 8:59AM PST. Upon opening the package, the meat was fresh and high quality! I seasoned and then seared one of TSB patties in a pan for a few minutes on each side. The cooking time on the package was accurate and the burger came out amazing. The burgers had some juiciness and greasiness, but nothing unusual. 100% recommend and I'll be buying more! Read more
