We've been doing playdates with the cousins for the last few weeks and, pre-covid, the prep work for that looked like making a few pb&j sandwiches and tossing out as many toys as I could for the kids. Now I'm trying to be more aware of only having toys available for play dates that are easy to clean, but even then I was stressing about how many times they were passed back and forth. These wipes are really a godsend for this issue! I can wipe down everything and know it continues to resist bacteria and viruses for the entire play date. I had been using Microban for this purpose for awhile but it's so hard to find - these are a lot easier to come by and they're available right here on Amazon. I use one pack per playdate, so these will last me about a year which is perfect as they're not super cheap, but the price is good for wipes I only need to purchase occasionally. I do find the wipes last through wiping at least a few toys before feeling like they need to be swapped out, which means I usually get to clean not only the most commonly-used toys but also a lot of the activity areas too. If I did need the packs to seal, it does seem like they seal up pretty well and would hold until you needed to reopen them, and there is plenty of moisture in each wipe to be usable without being soggy or gross. Now my review is lower for one reason... they are impossible to get out of the package. The first wipe comes out super quickly and easily, but after that the rest are extremely hard to get out, in most cases you will have to pull all the wipes out just to separate them. I have pain disorders and it's extremely hard on me to get these out. They are also very thin, so not ideal. Read more
