I so wanted to love these pants! As a frequent traveler, the promise of nice looking, easy-care pants with actually useful pockets made them seem worth the steepish price. I bought black and tan. The last thing I wanted was to get up in the ungodly a.m. for an early flight to realize once it was light that my black pants clearly showed my light-haired cat was going to miss me. A lot. Sticky tape helps, don’t rely on the wet hands hack. Washing/drying only adds wrinkles. The green 3M pet hair strips work well. So, let’s say there are no pets. These are not a piece of clothing you can wash out in a sink and dry overnight in most latitudes. Or ‘hand’ iron. The fit is low on the hips, lower when sitting. The waistband is wide, soft, stretchy fabric with a narrower elastic band slipped through that shifts and rolls when you pull up the pants. A bit of creative tugging and wiggling puts it right again. Overall, look and feel nice when clean and pressed. Love the pockets. High maintenance. Dropped a star because of the price. Read more

Number of pockets is kind of overestimated - it seems to count the side pockets at 2 - one inside zipper and another outside that that is a hand pocket. These would be the only place you could fit a phone or keys so if you put them in each side zipper pocket there would not really be room for anything else in the other pockets. The back pockets are kind of useless - not deep enough for a phone and no closure. The pocket on the calf - I am not sure what you would do with that and the zipper is kind of flimsy and awkward to use. This is a good idea, but badly executed. The elastic in the waist was already twisted when I got mine. For the price, the pockets are over-hyped and the design is not well thought out. Read more
