The inner body has a long pouch that is perfectly sized to fit a standard Travelers Factory journal, so mine now stays nice and protected while out and about. The pockets are just the right size, making it really easy to stay organized, and the elastic side pockets can easily hold a wallet or car keys. I really like this bag but there are a couple things I think would make it better. The inside of the bag should have some more organizational pockets for small items, like pens and chapstick. The sides have small water bottle pockets but the material is too stiff so there’s not enough room to get one in there. I recommend using a stretchy mesh material instead. The shoulder strap is nice with the padding but I find the padded section needs to extend further down the strap because the end of the padding lands on top of my shoulder kind of defeating the purpose of the padded strap. This is my every day purse. Holds all sorts of stuff, several pockets and I wear it cross-body. Harder to snatch this lady's purse! Plus, I have washed it in the washing machine inside a lingere bag and air dried it...perfect! Read more

The fabric, the look and the compartments are the major pluses for this bag! I’d give it 5/5 stars IF the strap actually worked. The bag has five compartments, and I am the type to use all of the bag compartments! What can I say? I travel a lot and I love to keep some of my favorite things on me. Needless to say, my bag is usually heavy and I was really hoping this bag would be able to handle the load. Unfortunately, the strap keeps falling down causing the bag to hang off my body rather than be strapped close to my body. There’s no reason for it to have an adjustment strap if it’s not going to work! Overall, great portability, terrible security & adjustment capability. I’d also add that it is a bit hard to clean so if you want a white or light colored bag make sure you use it lightly. Read more
Ordered the black one with inside gray color as show in the pictures. Instead received the black one with inside black color. Overall a great sling bag. For future models an overlap covering the main zipper and a pocket in the strap would be great. Read more
