The calendar book looks attractive and professional. The paper quality is very good. I have been using a digital calendar, a separate to do list, a place for notes, and so on. All were in separate places either digitally or small pieces of paper. Electronics can fail you and this pen and paper organizer is always accessible. I especially like this book since it outshines other calendar books because it allows you to decide how you will use it. I can the calendar for short notations, then put more expanded daily reminders in the week section, and notes and loose paper in the back of the book. I like that the days of the week do not have times, which doesn’t work for me. The weekly view has a lot of space to list your daily plans, create your own columns when needed if you are listing items, use it for any kind of diary or reminder you desire, and there is plenty of space for the daily lists. It has a folder to place loose papers in the back. I particularly like the extra sheets of paper in the back of the book if you need to take notes. So I think this will consolidate most of the things I do to keep organized and they are all in one place. Plus it has style. Read more

I was surprised to receive the Hard Drive earlier than anticipated. I placed the order and it arrived the same day at 7PM. Right away I opened the packaged in great condition, and I formatted to APFS (Encrypted). I partitioned it in two, one at 3TB for back up for Time Machine, and the other 2TB for storage with the same format. Started to backup 450GB and it took a few hours for the first time. It finished it with no issues and I can save files on the second partition. In conclusion, from my point of view is great HD for my needs and plenty of storage capacity. Great product. Read more

Nice drive, 5tb is plenty for now. VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE. This is not a SSD, which means, alot of the games on xboxs game pass for pc will run very jittery regardless of the rest of your setup, you need to install alot of the game on pc game pass onto a SSD. Forza is one, also Flight Sim 2020. Read\Write speed is pretty slow but thats expected. Read more

I use HDD drive since 2018, they Comes in handy, using it for game installments, I own a ps4(PSN: XSevenK). From GameStop, the highest drive u can buy is 4TB(4000GB), in other markets like Amazon, u can buy a drive containing a space amount of 5TB(5000GB) or more for a decent value, a ps4 console a drive up to the max of 8TB(8000GB), I currently own a few drives, some are 5TB, I can store more data and don't have to delete as much. These Seagate drives are useful, easy to set up, can be used for gaming needs, etc... Read more

I am giving 4.5 stars actually rather than 5 stars as I had to spend an extra hour of my time this morning when connecting this backup to my new 27" iMac. I followed the on-screen instructions for time machine backs ups and then my drive was not recognizable on the desktop anymore. So....while I know I should pay more attention, who does, I needed to reformat the drive for Mac first . I want others to know this before they do anything with it. I.E. I tried it with other Macs, then a windows and still nothing, Then looked it up online before I returned it thinking something was wrong with it. Also, the instructions are not that clear. So....Mac users...you need to reformat this drive OS Extended so it can be used for time machine and backs. If you try to use it for time machine after you have put data on it you will lose that data. I hope this helps. There are some good videos on how to do this. If you are like me and can't see you hard drive listed on the desktop or finder window then you have to access it through disk utility. So...as dumb as I feel knowing better I wanted to hopefully save someone else the frustration I had. Blessings! Annie :) Read more

Over the years I've not had good luck with Seagate drives. So far, this one has functioned well. It's not the immediate functionality that has been a problem. It's the longevity that has failed miserably. I've had 3 previous Seagate drives like this and each has failed shortly after their warranty ran out. I'm gambling on this one because I have a larger Western Digital drive that I am using to back up this one. And I'm backing it up very regularly. Only time and the warranty expiration date will tell if this drive was worth it. Read more

I work exclusively between my macbook pro, macbook air and ipad, so I originally bypassed this Seagate Backup Plus and purchased the more expensive WD 5TB My Passport Ultra that supposedly worked out of the box and preset for Mac hardware. The WD Passport Ultra was a terrible purchase. I wasted two days trying to get the device to format so that it would both read/write to the device, and finally gave up after reading countless blogs and reviews that highlighted endless problems with the WD products. Please do yourself a huge favor and start with this Seagate. I'm now 20 minutes into opening the Seagate package and the plug-and-play support has surpassed expectations. In less than 20 minutes I've already copied 100GB of data to the Seagate drive with no issues - and I couldn't even get the WD Passport Ultra, built and pre-formated for Mac, to even mount correctly to write to that device after two days of endless attempts and re-formating. I hope this review saves you the time and effort it cost me. Read more
