Waited 2 weeks for the Drive (16Tb Seagate). Watched tracking show it get bounced all over the country and when it finally got here it didn't work. I have asked the seller to send a replacement, but I have to ship the defective back before they will ship it out. I will update review after the replacement drive gets here. Read more

Seagate Exos X16 here. First drive failed to boot or partition, which made me a little concerned. The company (Tech Supply Direct) called me the day I placed the return ticket and had a replacement drive on the way as soon as the old drive was in the mail, can't ask for better customer service than that. Being this is apparently a newer drive for them to carry, they were interested in the nature of the failure as they haven't had any other returns. Ran it through CrystalDisk and it put up good numbers for a spinning disc, hopefully the fact it's an enterprise focused disk will lead to long life. Read more
