I fell and hurt my tailbone so I came to Amazon to find something to sit on while working 8+ hours a day. This works okay. I say okay because it ends up not being as puffed up after a few hours of sitting on it. It did help with pain until my tailbone healed. I would buy it again. I don't recommend purchasing this to use in a car. I couldn't use it in my car as it was a bit big to sit correctly in the seat and it made me sit too high in the car. This was a total steal. I was contemplating the cushionlab expensive one. I’m so glad I tried this first. I work 8 hrs strictly sitting and tried a couple of chairs but the chairs were still a bit hard. This cushion is perfect, it is so comfy. Memory foam is perfect, and the cushion is big enough to accommodate my plus size butt. My teen daughter has a broken tailbone and we are waiting on many Dr appts to see about physical therapy and surgery. She is starting to miss a ton of school bc of the pain. She has pads on school chairs but they are getting unbearable. She sat down on this yesterday on our super soft couch and had a huge smile of relief that I haven't seen on her face in a very long time.
