I give the company and their CS team 5 stars in their desire to make this right and requesting information to make improvements to their product******** I hate having to leave reviews like this. I always like to start with something positive...but the only positive I can say about this item is i love the color. Other than that it was all bad from the start. It was smushed into a tiny box, rolled up and then tightly sealed in plastic wrap. When I opened it it kind of flopped out into a semi u shape. The casing was very loose and the memory foam was a wreck. I figured it needed time to reshape. The next morning i was ready to try the cushion for work. It had "sprung up" a little and the casing was tighter but when I sat on it it was hard and unforgiving. I used it the rest of my 8 hour shift and I have to say my sciatica and my tail bone pain worse than without it. I can not recommend this product at all in good conscience. Read more

I appreciated the professional and prompt offer of the refund, in addition to the seller letting me know they would address my concern about the quality of the product.
