I was having chronic lower back pain whenever I would sit in a certain computer chair at home and this cushion absolutely fixed it! I have a pillow with the same material on one side so I figured I would try this and I'm glad I did. It's so squishy and comfortable on almost anything, but not too soft that it doesn't support you. It keeps its shape 100 percent,it bounces right back to original shape as soon as you get up. It's decent quality too because I've had mine for quite a while now. I've since purchased another for another chair that lost its lumbar support cushion. You could also definitely throw it on your car seat for a more comfortable ride if your traveling a lot too. I was sitting in bed to sleep for health reasons & sat on the cushion. It was pretty comfortable & I was glad I had something to prevent bed sores as I was in one position most of the night. Sometimes I'd slide down the bed. (The non-slide feature didn't work that well for me in bed with risers at the head). That may have put tension weight on the honeycomb structure of the gel inside. Now 6 months later I felt it.a bit uncomfortable & opened the cover to see a line of the honeycombs has torn & one or 2 other cells are coming apart. I checked with Google search & got the email of the customer service to claim warranty but it doesn't cover normal wear & tear & I'd prob. need to pay the return shipping. The cushion is quite heavy so shipping wouldn't be cheap. So I'm saving my time & writing it off. For most users it would probably last longer, just be aware it will tear if it gets stretched under weight.
