I ordered these glasses to help with eye strain looking at a monitor in the evenings. They filter blue light coming from the monitor. The glasses are really well made and feel durable. The orange tint does take some adjusting to. The plastic feels high quality. I did remove one star because the glasses feel a little inflexible around my nose and face, which take away some comfort that higher price glasses. Given I'm only wearing these glasses for a few hours at night, this is totally fine. The glasses are perfectly sized for me and look pretty stylish when I'm sitting in front of my monitors. These glasses do a good job at blocking blue light but a couple of things keep me from giving it more stars. Firstly, since it’s amber lenses, everything fired thru them has a yellow/brownish hue. Not great if you need to see actual colors without the brown hue. The second and more important reason is that when I accidentally touched the glasses with my hand, I left a small smudge mark on the lens. When I tried to clean it with a microfiber lens cloth, it smeared the smudge even more. I then tried using a lens wipe made especially for glasses, a brand that I’ve used on all my other glasses. It made the lens streak as shown in the posted picture. I stopped immediately as to not damage the film on the lens even further making it unusable. The smear is just barely visible when wearing it but I would not buy these again. Considering how expensive these are, I would expect better blue light film and not smear from lens wipes. Read more
