This oven is fantastic! It cooks so well. Check out my pizza, which was perfectly baked in under 10 minutes at 400°F. However, I think you should use 350°F for 12 minutes to achieve the perfect cook. I love its versatility – you can air fry, toast, broil, and more. It's also incredibly user-friendly and a breeze to clean. Plus, its compact size makes it perfect for any kitchen. I already love this Convection/Toaster oven! I debated about buying another kitchen appliance,but now I am so glad I did. This oven isn't big and bulky and doesn't take up near as much space as my air fryer, my toaster and my microwave. ( I'll be getting rid of all three of those.) I got the black one because it matches my other appliances, its sleek and super nice with a many preset functions, touch screen (even a Husband can use) LOL . I went back to my old toaster oven for the toasting function, so now I have BOTH appliances on my counter (it is so much harder to adjust the toast function on this oven, and it usually burns my food). Right now, I only use this for air frying by reheating already fried foods. I attempted making sweet potato fries from scratch, which cooked them but did NOT “fry” them at all. (Maybe I need to learn how to prepare raw foods for air frying in a different way?) The menu is obnoxious to use, having to move through the items instead of being able to choose a function directly. Sometimes I have to press the menu multiple times to get it to move or to accept my choice! I have not tried the bake or dehydrate functions yet, so maybe I will get more use from the oven that way.
