Best bedside clock! I call it "room clock". I bought it to put it at visible place in my living and bedrooms so easy to see what time it is. Beautiful simplicity design. Large numbers with good contrast. Runs very quite. And it is accurate! The alarm sound is not very loud, so have this in mind. But I'm not using it as an alarm clock! One of the feature that I like most is the overnight light option so my clock is visible in the dark. I am so happy with this clock that I will buy 2-3 more even for gift option. Read more

This alarm clock is silent and very easy to read in the dark. The light feature is fantastic since it illuminates the entire face of the clock. Definitely recommend despite it being a little on the expensive side. Read more

There are no big surprises to be had with this clock, you get pretty much what's represented. It's silent, has a non-ticking sweep second hand, and won't take up too much space on your night stand. If desired, you can elect to have an unobtrusive constant backlight come on when the room dims, or it can be turned off to stay dark as the light fades. However, I have a couple of small issues with this clock. How much would it have cost to put some non-skid rubber bumpers on the bottom of this clock? I have a drawer full of them! If you brush this clock off a night stand onto a hardwood floor as you fumble for it, half awake, it's going to be a goner. And while it looks nice (gold model), it falls a bit short of Seiko's typical construction standards, thin and plasticy. Those issues aside, it's a nice clock which illuminates when it gets dark and so far has kept accurate time, you won't feel cheated. Read more

I love this little alarm clock. I have an older version that I bought in 2012, and the light still works. The only difference is that this new one I bought, when you press the button, the light stays on for a few seconds before shutting off automatically but that is no problem for me at all, the light is the same color and the brightness seems to be the same, perfect size for the night stand next to the bed. This clock has been around the world with me, from the Middle East to SE Asia. I would recommend this to anyone! Great little clock! Read more

I've had this clock for 3 days and have slept through it on two of those days. The alarm is just moderately loud and does not last that long when the snooze button is pressed. Not functional for a heavy sleeper. I previously had a Seiko alarm that always woke me up. Unfortunately, I accidentally knocked it off the bedside table and it broke.
