I received all the parts described. The set up was simple, probably taking 10-15 minutes. The caddy has square baskets to hold more shower product. You can easily adjust the height between baskets. It accommodates larger hair product containers easily. The tension knob works to hold the pole in place. It has not slipped. The chrome was shiny. You can hang a couple of wash cloths or other scrubbers. One issue I have had is that the razor slots don’t quite fit my razors. I can place it in but it tends to fall out. Instead, I have used this feature as hooks for other items. I use the shampoo dispensing hole in one of the baskets for something else. The media could not be loaded. This is for the SEIRIONE Tension Corner Shower Pole Caddy, Rustproof Stainless Steel, 4 Tier Adjustable Basket. I've seen other reviews where they say they are difficult to put together, or figure out or get the shelves to stay. Maybe it's because I've had one before, or am mechanically inclined, but I was able to put this together very easily without even looking at the booklet. It's pretty straightforward. You can see in the video, (ignore the small top shelf, it was from our previous product). We have varying bottles and weights on them, and as long as I got the silicone pieces up in/under the shelf, they seemed to be staying fine after a month (we have 2 adults using this on a daily basis, and I DID use a couple of the old, what I perceive to be better, silicone holding rings). I can't speak for the rust-proof part, but the quality seems to be pretty decent for the price. My only suggestion would be to offer options on WHICH shelves to include; we're not really washcloth people, and could've used more shelves that had the hooks (for our razors, pumice with handle, etc...but you can't please em all. update: this only lasted 1.5 years before becoming so unsafe that I had to put it in the trash. It lost its ability to stay stable and strong. Why can't we make things that last? ------------- -there are cheaper units available so I was a little skeptical about this but I wanted to try what a better quality unit might be. This was bought to replace one that fell apart on me. Considering the sale price I jumped the gun and went ahead and purchased it, it seems very sturdy and I hope it will last longer than 2 years compared to the last one. It looks absolutely beautiful in my bathroom and I love that it had extra shelves compared to the last one. I like all the extra little knick knack items to hang your proofs and anything else that you may want to hang from it. It actually has rubberized pieces that hold the shelves in place unlike my last one that gave you strips of metallic tape to hold them in place. once you get it out of the box and built you will know this is better quality than those cheap ones you can get at your local stores. I liked the shower caddy so much that I got two of them. My second one came in the mail today and I went ahead and put it together. It's easy to assemble and easy to set up. The baskets are a good size. It's nice that you have somewhere to hang your razors and somewhere to hang your washcloths. I've been able to organize every family members stuff with two. They truly are rust proof as I've had my first one for a year now. The only complaint that I have is that the top plastic piece broke causing the first shower caddy that I bought to not hold as secure as I would like. I'm going to reach out to the company and hopes that maybe they can send me a replacement for just that piece. Overall very good product. Read more
