My dentist recommended this to help with my cold sensitivity due to receded gums. I am amazed at how quickly and how well it worked! I can actually drink cold beverages without anywhere near the pain I had before. Read more

Works great. I want everyone who gets canker sores to know there is an additive in most toothpastes that actually promote canker sores. This is one of the only ones that don’t have it. Game changers! Not one since changing toothpastes. Read more

Solid Protection and Sensitivity Relief – Just a Bit Pricey I've been using Sensodyne Pronamel Intensive Enamel Repair for a few months now, and overall, it's been a great addition to my dental care routine. This 4-pack offers solid value if you're committed to long-term use, and it genuinely delivers on several key promises. Sensitivity Relief: This is where the toothpaste shines. I have fairly sensitive teeth, especially to cold drinks and sweets, and I noticed a real improvement within a week or so of consistent use. It doesn’t numb the teeth like some other brands — instead, it gradually reduces sensitivity in a more natural way. That’s a huge plus in my book. Enamel Care & Whitening: I appreciate that it’s formulated to help strengthen enamel, and while I can’t measure enamel repair scientifically, my teeth feel stronger and smoother. The whitening effect is subtle — don’t expect a dramatic difference — but over time, it does help with surface stains and gives a nice, clean look. Taste & Texture: The flavor is mild and refreshing without being overpowering or too minty. The texture is smooth, and it doesn’t feel gritty like some whitening toothpastes. No burning or weird aftertaste either, which is a bonus for people with sensitive mouths. Why 4 Stars Instead of 5: The only downside for me is the price. Even in a 4-pack, this toothpaste is on the expensive side compared to regular drugstore options. While you’re definitely getting a high-quality product, it can be a bit of a stretch if you're on a tight budget. Bottom Line: If you’re struggling with sensitivity and want to strengthen enamel while keeping your teeth looking clean and bright, this toothpaste really delivers. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the performance justifies the cost — especially if oral health is a priority for you. Read more

This is a good way to get this toothpaste in bulk. It is frequently out of stock at the grocery store and the drugstore. My dentist recommended it for my sensitive teeth and it works well without any problems. Other “sensitive “ toothpastes have very strong flavoring ingredients and they irritate my gums. No problems whatsoever with Sensdyne. Read more
