Wonderful. I measured the hole with a ruler, from the underside of the marble top of my vanity, ensuring it was level and sticking with the smaller of the recommended hole sizes (5 1/8") to allow for a bit of error. Drilled holes in the corners using a big drill bit (5/16"), and used the holes as access points to cut each edge with a jigsaw. Loosely attached the backing, then pulled into place and tightened.
