I was a very nervous to try microneedling myself at home, but this derma roller pen made it super easy and beginner-friendly. It has a really gentle feel, just a little pain at first but then you get used to it after a minute. (All depends on your pain tolerance) The 0.25mm needles are well-made and smooth. I’ve already noticed my fine lines looking softer but Im guessing I have to keep continued use. I also love that it comes with extra cartridges and a protective case, so it’s easy to store or take when traveling. Totally worth the price and feels like salon results at home. Works great for at-home microneedling, especially in Alaska’s cold, dry weather. The 0.25 mm depth helps my dry skin absorb serums much better and improves texture with minimal discomfort. This derma roller is easy to handle, has a good grip, and the 0.8 mm needles work well for gradually improving skin texture. Received this in a nicely packaged box with easy to follow instructions. I've used an at home microneedle pen before but this one is a better quality and helps skincare products absorb into the skin much better. It's easy to put together and the LCD display is great. With the needle length, there really isn't much pain and it's gentler on the skin for beginners. Seems to be made well so hopefully it lasts a long time. I made a video that “won’t attach” but this is TRASH. DO NOT BUY IT. It not even worth $5. It’s just a vibrating pen. It DOES NOT HAVE needles. I wasted an hour of my life getting numb and sterilizing - just for this pen to be a joke. Used tonight for the first time. Worked great! My only complaint is that the listing doesn’t tell you what replacement cartridges you can order. Also I think there should have been a better users guide to include information on what the different pin counts are used for and the different speeds. Read more
