If I could give no star I would. I returned it and talked with Customer service - - Product is not as described. Ordered a cow plush, instead got a rather large duck like canvas thing. Not to mention it looked like someone had rolled it through dust or dropped it on the floor and stepped on it. Read more
As the other reviews have mentioned this description is wrong and it's really a pelican as you see in the picture. I still ordered it because I thought it was at least still a puppet but it is not. It's just a stuffed toy but it's not even a good quality toy as it was already pulled at a seam. Also, it's about 8 inches tall-too big for my 13 lb schnoodle :( I'm returning it... now. Read more
My dog loves to wrestle but I didn't want him getting in the habit that he could come over and playfully attack me whenever he wanted. So I use this puppet as a play time signal. When the puppet goes on the hand it signals instant play time when the puppet gets put back on top of the fridge he goes and takes a nap. This beaver is his favorite one, the bottom legs and tail dangle so i can flap them in front of his mouth which drives him nutz. The top arms allow me to grab on to him or to throw a ball and the head is rather firm so I can tap him in the rear with it then scamper off. It really has improved his behavior around company. He was never bad but he would get a touch hyper right when company arrived and would want to play with them. Now since no one plays with him unless the puppet is on their hand he doesn't expect everyone to play with him when they first arrive. As for durability, we've had it a few months with consistent play and it is holding up well though sometimes we loose bits of fur. Not worried though, at $8 when it gets to ratty I'll just throw it out and order a new one. Read more
So...hoping and thinking that I was ordering the Beaver because my dog absolutely loves it and this is the only place that I could find it but listed under a pelican. VERY DISAPPOINTED that what I got in the mail was a pelican. So if it shows a Pelican and you read its a beaver, its a pelican. Read more
