I can't say enough great things about this bed! I have a Chihuahua and a miniature schnauzer they cut a lot and have a lots of room in this comfy bed. It is extremely well-made and sturdy. I keep a doggie blanket down to keep it fresh and clean. I have not attempted to take the cover off and wash it as of yet. However due to the quality workmanship I am expecting no problems. I will keep you posted after I wash the bedding for the first time. The picture I am posting actually has one of my friends Chihuahuas in the bed as well. So you can see how roomie it is. I had looked a long time before finding this and I'm very pleased as are the pups. Ok this is now May 17th I have now had the opportunity to wash the bedding. I must say I was really worried it would never be the same bed again. I have to say, if you think this bedding is difficult to wash and remake (which literally is a zipper close) then you are definitely doing something wrong. It washed beautifully and remade in 2 minutes. I just ordered a 2nd one to keep upstairs. They don't want any other beds now... Read more

Perfect, awesome dog bed. My 15 lb. Llaso Apso 18 year old dog loves it. The Serta cuddler pet bed with orthopedic egg crate foam base is super soft and very comfortable. It is perfect in depth so that she does not roll out of the bed as she did her old bed. Has a zipper that come off for machine washable. It is everything it said it was and even better than I had imagined. I highly recommend and I am very picky when it comes to my little 18 year dog. Cannot beat the price or find the same price even close in any pet store. Read more

I purchased this for my 8 week old Chinese shar pei puppy. As you can see, he seems to like it pretty well. He sleeps in all angles in this. It's soft, and it unzips at the bottom to remove the foam mattress. The pillows on the sides do not remove and arent flimsy, so they stay up. He's been playing rough with it at times, chewing and scratching, but no tears or rips. Feels pretty tough and the material is good. The bottom has a no skid pad so it won't slide all over the floors. Overall I think it's a good bed. He crawls in it and is out in minutes. Read more

This is the second one of these I've purchased and the only reason I needed a second one was because I left the first one behind at a boarding facility. This bed is truly amazing and has held up to daily use by a lazy dog that naps roughly 18 hours a day. It has just the right amount of firmness around the edges to provide that head support that my dog loves and the easy to remove cover is a dream come true. The first one held up for 4 years and was still going strong when it was unfortunately left behind. Read more

I got this bed for my Weimaraner. When it arrived I thought it was too small, but she likes to curl up so she got in it and seemed to love it. I have it on top of her old bed mattress which is memory foam. The bed seemed sturdy enough, but over time the sides have bulged out so that it doesn't hold it's shape well. The bottom of the bed has flattened out somewhat, but with the other pad under it, it doesn't seem to be a problem. My little Min Pin also loves it, but he digs at it and has caused a rip in the cover over the foam bottom and also into the foam. I patched it and it seems to be holding, but I'm not fond of the cover material after months of wear. I haven't washed it because I thought I'd have to take the stuffing out of the bolster and put it back in, and that didn't seem like a promising task. Someone else said to take the foam pad out and just wash the rest of it. I will try that. I don't think Febreze is working anymore! So I have mixed feelings about it, but my dogs love it and I guess that's all that matters. I may have to get a small one for the Min Pin, although he has a perfectly good Cozy Cave bed. He also chewed a small hole in the inside of the bolster, so I will have to patch that before washing. You can see by the photos that this is not a bed she can stretch out in, but then she rarely sleeps that way. I guess I can recommend it, with reservations. Read more

My family dog Monte LOVES his new Serta bed. This is definitely a superior product - we tried to look for a cheaper one but honestly it's worth paying a little more so your dog will be cozy every day! It's larger than his last bed which lets him stretch out, and he loves to rest his head on the sides. The walls are really thick with plush! Read more

My granddog Henry loved this bed from the first moment and even chose it over the sofa. His mom promptly ordered two more of these great beds. It looks better than any other dog bed Iβve bought. I bought the large size. Henry weighs about 35 lbs, for size reference. He has plenty of room so he can move around and sleep in different positions. He likes propping his head up and this bed accommodates that quite well. I like that the base mattress/cushion zips out so the bed can be washed. I would definitely purchase this bed again. Read more

This is cozy well made bed and has been a good size for our 50lb boxer mix. She seems to love it including the bolsters for resting her chin, and it provides enough cushion underneath with a very cozy fabric cover. It is a little bit of work to take it apart for washing (it's not all one connected bed under the outer liner, but for as frequently as we wash it... it's not an issue. Read more
