We have hard water and use a water softener. We've tried various brands and this one seems to clean the best. I've noticed if we run out of softener salt that the dishes get spotty, but with hard water that's to be expected. The unscented is actually unscented too, so that's a plus. Overall I love this product (which is why I would buy a whole case of them for just me and my husband). The dish soap cleans dishes well and it’s a more natural product since it doesn’t have any dye or fragrance. It’s easy to use and smells good. The case did leak when I got it in the mail and several of them had opened - but they’re all still usable. I did try and contact them about the leak and didn’t get a response. Read more
