I use the product as directed: Cool water from faucet. The filters were easy to install. The taste of the water is very good, but the main benefit is it reduces my acid level so I don't get heartburn and I get all of the other benefits from high PH water. 200 gallons between filter changes is the best I've seen on the market. I am marking every 1/2 gallon fill of the 'blue box' top portion of the pitcher. I mark on my calendar, then add them up at the end of the month until 400 - 1/2 gallons are filled. I have tried one other PH water filter and it didn't do as good of a job as this one. The 2 filters are hard to beat for quality PH water. And it was more expensive with unobtainable filters! Coffee drinkers must drink PH water too. It is a must to counteract the acid from the coffee. Better to not drink coffee, but I need my 2 cups in the morning. Since drinking the high PH water, I have no acid reflux from coffee and other foods throughout the day. Read more
