This was easy to assemble, the height is good, it supports the mattress well. I have put stuff underneath it for storage. The only oddball thing I did is use cardboard from some packaging so the mattress is sort of spread over the support rods. It slipped at first but maybe not now. Read more

I have been very pleased overall with the frame. It was easy to assemble (even by myself) and has been sturdy and looks good. I like the wooden accent at the foot of the bed. However, there are a few minor details that, while not major issues, I have noticed. First is that there isn't a support right before the foot of the frame, which means that the bed sinks when you sit at the foot of the bed (eg when I'm putting on my socks). Additionally the frame is easy to move, which can be nice, but also means that when I have too much momentum when sitting down I can move the bed away from my nightstand. It's easy to move back, as that's why it moved in the first place, but having to do so one a week or so is somewhat bothersome. Overall, I would recommend it as it's a great deal for the price. Love the bed frame! Lightweight, Solid, and SUPER STURDY! The Cherry/Mahogany trim blends well with my solid Cherry hardwoods. One nice yet downplayed feature is the ample storage UNDER the bed. Its perfect for gym bag, overnight/plane carry-on, and other items that require easy access. I bought a bed skirt as well that is sized perfectly for bed, and conceals any items stored below frame. Another beneficial feature is how lightweight it is. i have a 12" memory foam Queen mattress, and the ease which I can lift/move the bed to change sheets or flip mattress is an added bonus. Everything came in near perfect condition and packaged very well. There were a few tiny scrapes on some of the metal pieces but I don't count it against it because the integrity of the frame or the overall look wasn't compromised. It was very easy to assemble, although you definitely need to be careful when securing the middle metal support to the wooden piece because if you screw it in too much it will crack. One of the most important things to me was how quiet this frame would be and whether it would stay still on the hardwood floors. After rigorous testing, this is actually the quietest, most sturdy bed frame I have ever been on, and it has not wiggled around on the floor at all. There is padding on some of the metal pieces so that definitely helps, and if you are concerned about the mattress moving around there is optional double sided tape to secure it.
