Works well, extremely easy to install, and I love that you can take out the tanks to clean or refill them! So far, I've had no clogging, and I did not even have to water down my Giovanni conditioner, which I thought for sure I would. The pump quality is pretty good, though you do need to be careful if you have kids as we had one of the pump plates slip out of the holes due to someone pushing too hard or something. This can be easily avoided. The only thing I don't love is the etched labels on the clear part of the containers, but that is a very minor thing. The media could not be loaded. Really needed this space saving shower caddy. I have a small RV shower and no space for shampoo, conditioner and soap bottles. Every time we drove the RV, I’d have to take things down because they would fall and spill. This device has a pretty low profile and also deleted the all visual chaos. I used alcohol to clean the wall before hanging the adhesive sticker on to the wall. It’s been working well so far and the pumps always work. When I first installed the caddy, I DID fill the empty containers with a little tiny bit of water (a little less than 1/8 cup) first followed by my liquid soap to help get the siphon action start easier. Not sure if I needed to but as soon as I started to pump, the water came out and a couple more pumps, the soap followed. They do have locks on top AND include keys. So far with all the backwoods camping and bouncing around, they have stayed closed and tight to the wall. I will be ordering these for my home. I’ve had this type of soap station before but this one seems much more solid than the bed bath and beyond one. With small spaces, it’s important to make things blend in, I was happy the color matches perfectly to my wall. To refill the containers, it’s very easy —simply slide it up off the wall rack and use the key to open the top lid. The opening is large enough that I don’t worry about spilling any soap. By the way, this does not leak. It’s been in place for months and not a single drip and there’s no sticky residue running down the wall. I highly recommend this product. Read more

This works okay. The middle dispenser easily pops up and crashes to the shower floor during regular use, which is disappointing. The locking mechanisms for the tops (not necessary for our use) are a bit glitchy. Otherwise a decent product. Read more

I feel stupid for continuing the installation of this piece of junk. One of the containers would not permit the locking down to the rear plastic piece that slides into the main support housing mounted to the wall. I had to take a heat gun and soften up the back wall of the reservoir and then bend it a tiny bit as well as file down the area where it latches underneath the tab on the sliding piece that slides into the wall mount. Then when I went to use it I was very unhappy with where the soaps dispense so close to the wall. My previous unit from another manufacturer that I had for more than a decade could be used with one hand. This one cannot. These soap dispensers are really handy to have in the shower and work well. The soap comes out easily and the system was easy to install using the adhesive provided. It also comes with hardware if that's your preferred method. They are sturdy and feel like they will last a while.
