I bought 4 of these to wear to the gym. I have a problem with my lower right abdomen which, if not supported, will make it difficult and painful to exercise. These are just what I was looking for. They are stiff enough and strong enough, without being painful or uncomfortable. NOTE: They are not suitable to wear under leggings as the leg openings are too loose/wide. I really liked this waist trainer; it fits better than I expected. It's snug but still comfortable enough to wear for hours. It shapes your waist and flattens your stomach, and clothes look better on. The zipper stays in place and it's good quality. I love it! Read more

I really wish there was a grippy material around the top of the of the shapewear as well as around the thighs. I had to keep adjusting throughout the day. Also, if the garment you are wearing is thinner, you can see the hem line of the shapewear. It's not a seamless fit. Read more

Basically speaking, I really don't like body shapers, though they're kind of a "Necessary Evil!" But, I must say, they've gotten "waay" better over the years, or decades! Back in my Mother's day, when I was a little girl growing up in the 60's and 70's, I guess just about every or ANY woman wore them, because they were the "standard" of the day, if you wanted to look slimmer, or look good, kind of "expected..." But, I'm a product or "teenager" or young woman of the 80's and beyond, and though every woman wants to look good, by this point in the game (80s, 90s, etc.), comfort and confidence in projecting beauty coupled with "imperfection," was more the order of the day. So, customarily, I would never wear them--- they are typically just too constricting and uncomfortable, and I LOVE myself, flaws and ALL. With that being said, this particular garment is quite impressive, as it delivers: modern fashion, comfort in material, design and "functional" construction, if you will. It lifts, flattens, supports in ALL the right places, without making a Girl feel like she can't handle it. In fact, I was immensely "impressed" by the photo submitted by one of the "reviewers," that displayed how the shaper, really, really, REALLY made her waistline look amazing. I was like, Wow! Now that's a major improvement! Her waist went from "obviously bulging out, to totally flat and hourglass!" If a shaper can do that, then you should get it!!! I think it honestly depends on just how bad your bulge is, if it's mild to moderate, then this shaper will do the trick! However, if it's an "extreme or intense bulge," then the end result may not be exactly what one might be hoping for, Lol! As for Me, I'd rather go without, though I do see the necessity to use one "occasionally," for special occasions, special "date nights," for PHOTOS, etc., when one really has to look their best! This garment feels soft and comfy for the most part, comes in (2) colors: black or beige, and 6 different, accommodating sizes (from XXSmall-XSmall to 3X), featuring both hook and eye closures and a quality zipper, flexible "bones," and is constructed of 68% Nylon, and 32% Spandex, feels good from torso to thighs! All in all, a very "excellent shaper" that will definitely deceive the eyes in what's "hidden underneath," creating the "illusion of perfection," which is good for the occasion, but when the "clock strikes midnight Cinderella," it's back to reality, so I sure hope the person or group you're trying to impress still loves you for who you are, deficiencies and all! This is some of the best shapewear I have ever used! Sizing is spot on, and it’s extremely stretchy and comfortable. This is an excellent choice for a post-surgical compression garment. The legs are not too tight and are a great length. The hook and zipper closure makes it so much easier to get in and out of, especially for bathroom purposes.
