Im 185pounds, 36DD and it does not work for me at all. I wear a extra large in shirts and it fits a little loose so I decided to ordered a large in shape wear. I can breath and bend over fine but it doesn’t go down far enough on my hips; slightly rolling up on my sides. I was going to get the one with the thick straps and that goes all the way around your boobs since clothes don't fit my boobs the best. This didn't fit my boobs so Im going to return this and try again with a different structured top. It is cute and definitely flattens my stomach but its not for my body type. Read more

Most of the waist trainers I have just like to move around when wearing it. This one likes to stay put even with a undershirt on. The way its made is well worth it so far. Supportive to the breast is a bonus. I like that the straps can be crossed in the back if wanted. I even tried strapless and did not go so well being attached to the breast support. When closing it in the front it is hard unless the catches are together down the front. It makes it so much easier. I like the slim look it gives. Harder to bend over to puxk something up when wearing it. I have noticed that even it is the correct size when I am wearing it i get light headed and even the blood pressure seems to go up higher.
