I gave it 4 stars because for me it works very well. At 72 years old it has helped even out skin tone, diminished pores and helped a little for wrinkles after only 5 weeks of use. That being said, it has one big flaw. I really dislike the cooling eye pads!! Don't like the cold under my eyes. You are able to turn it off which I have done but the under-eye pads are not removable and press on the top of my cheekbone making it very uncomfortable!! Mask is somewhat heavy to begin with making it even worse! Almost sent it back many times but do think it works well so I kept it. Wish they made one without the cooling pads! Read more

When you click purchase “New” item you don’t expect to receive an already opened box with seal broken, product not in plastic and looks to be used, and not even factory rested item, especially when it comes to something that pertains as a treatment for the skin, I was immediately turned off like someone used it then decided it’s not for them then tried put it together and bent the label on the outer box, for something I did research on and having knowledge about skin care being a esthetician since 2006, this was upsetting, if I’m paying $372 for a new product it should feel like Christmas, not like my rich aunts hand-me-downs because she didn’t like the way it made her feel.
