The mask is easy to use. The quality is excellent. The 6 minute better aging red light setting is quick and painless. The cooling under eye pads work well and are fully adjustable to your comfort level. The eyes are well protected from the led lights and you can easily watch tv while wearing. The mask is not hot while wearing as it has an internal cooling fan running while you wear the mask. Read more
Spa treatment at home. I use the anti aging and though I have just started this last week it helps my eye bags in the morning and calms my red rosacea. I love wearing it. It is light, covers the whole face and is quiet with its soft fan. There are a lot of mask options out there and I definitely made the right choice. I also like that the remote is attached as I tend to lose them. It has a timer so I don’t have to worry about that and the cool eye pads feel great!! I am claustrophobic and I have no problem in this mask. It has wide openings for eyes, nose and mouth and breathing is no problem. I sort and relax or I walk around and get things done. It’s work. I’ve been using the mask daily for the last 3 months (using the acne program), and I really do like it. I don’t think I started to see results until relatively recently, but lately, I've noticed that the overall quality of my skin is better. Has it helped my acne? Unfortunately, no, I don't think it has, but I do definitely notice an improvement in my skin in general. The mask is very comfortable, and frankly, I’ve come to really enjoy the 8 minute routine as it makes me sit down and relax for a few minutes. I should note that it is entirely possible to walk around with the mask on without any issues—I just choose not to. There are a few things that I don’t love about the mask. First, the battery life is not the best. I can do 3-4 cycles before it needs to be recharged, which takes a few hours. That's not awful, but it would be nice if the battery were able to last a few more rounds before needing to be charged up. Second, and this might be different for other people with differently shaped faces, but the mask really doesn’t hit my jawline at all. I wish it came further down so that it covered the jawline. Lastly, while I do really enjoy the cooling eye pads, I wish they were interchangeable with normal mask lights. I like the eye pads, but my under eyes could really use the red light, and I wish I could do both. I obviously knew this wasn’t going to be possible when I bought it, and I bought it anyway, but I’m hoping Shark makes a second version with some improvements, that being one of them. Overall, if they could make some improvements to the battery life, the length of the mask (to cover the jawline), and to somehow incorporate red light in the under-eye area, it would be my perfect mask. Overall, though, I like the mask, and I do think it’s helping my skin quality overall. Read more
I wish I would have started using this mask sooner. The under eye cooling feels so good and set’s this mask apart from others I researched. Comfortable wear, tracks your uses, and I saw results after just a few treatments. After losing a large amount of weight this mask has really helped minimize the fine lines. This mask has been a lifesaver. Not only is it relaxing, it has rejuvenated my skin. I started with the acne treatment for my perimenopausal acne. Now I am doing the red light. The mask is comfortable and easy to use. I can see results in my acne after a week of using the skin clearing routine- my skin is smoother and more even. I got about 5 skin clearing treatments before I needed to re-charge. I like that the charger is the same color as the mask so it doesn’t get confused with all the other chargers in our house.
