I purchased this because my Oreck steam mop died. Now I am glad she did! I have two large drooly dogs and it is really hard to keep my stranded bamboo floors clean. I dreaded having to do it. So, today I vacuumed and then started up my new Shark. I was amazed! Not only could I guide it with no effort at all, it actually scrubbed up the Super Glue drool on my floors with no effort! No damaage to the floors. JUST CLEAN! And the way the pads are designed it can reach under the stove and refrigerator to clean there! This is the best thing that I have bought in a long time. My floors have never looked better, I don’t have to worry about dumping water out of a bucket or filling up and spilling water. It’s light weight, works so nice with the steam for getting the built in grime. Super easy to move around the floor no pulling or pushing. Can cover a good portion of floor before having to unplug and move the cord to another area. Definitely worth the money!!! Read more

This has been a great addition to my cleaning schedule and saved my back. It has two steam functions hi and low and rotates while using the mop which helps give an extra oomf to cleaning. the pads are detachable and washable which i love and easy clean up. Read more

When I originally saw the item it did not say it is a used item (I won’t buy used items) and I’m certain that this was not listed in the description when I originally added it to my cart. When I opened the box, the box was not the original box and when I pulled the item out it’s very clear. It is a used item. I thought ok let me try it , worked ok when I initially turned it on I had put purified water in there. It looks like it was starting to heat up and then I started to use it and this thing has this crazy sound to it and when you mop it does not even show the steam and doesn’t clean good. On top of that, I still can’t believe I bought some thing used when it did not show that on the original description and $140 at that Why would I spend $140 on a used item when there are plenty of brand new items for much cheaper out there Read more

I’ve always loved Shark products but am a little disappointed with this. It leaves circular “marks” on my floor so I have to go over it with a damp swiffer. I can live with that tho because after it dries the floor looks great. Another problem is that the pads don’t stick after they get wet. They are held on by Velcro which seems kinda cheap for a Shark product. Ultimately, it does clean the floor really well but does have a couple of issues. Read more
