Really nice jump starter. It arrived fully charged and ready to go, which I always appreciate because it means it’s actually useful right out of the box. It feels solid and well made, and the clamps seem much sturdier than the cheaper one I’ve been using. I actually bought this to replace my old jump starter after one of the clips melted on the battery connector, so build quality mattered to me. Item has a lot of good features for an emergency situation. It arrived mostly charged and ready to use. I was unable to figure out the flashlight upon opening, but I didn't read the directions either. It comes in a nice case where all the parts fit easily. It stores in the car nicely, taking up little space in the emergency kit. It appears nicely made and like it will hold up to the job at hand well. Unable to test it's efficacy as luckily I do not have any dead batteries. Price seems fair if it does all that it says it does. It sure does have a nice presentation. We have an old VW bus that usually needs a jump start to get going and once the snow is gone and it is unburied I can test it and update this review. Read more

These jump starters are great. This is the second unit I've ordered and this one has higher capacity than the last one. Glad to have this for roadside emergencies and the built in light is great too. One thing I found a little strange was that it arrived with the battery completely drained. I went ahead and plugged it in to charge and it's working as it should now. It has a couple USB ports as well in case you need to use it as a battery bank. Just all around very easy to use and charge. Read more
