Sharp has the worst customer service I have ever experience
Machine was good and then it died after 3 months. I Contacted sharp by email numerous times with no response. I called them they said that a technician will be in touch. two days later nothing. I call back and they tell me they had to wait for parts? Wait for parts? The technician hasn't even contacted me yet!!!! I talked to someone and then asked for a supervisor who basically told me the same thing, they would have the parts a week from now and they will be ion touch. How can you order parts without diagnosing problem in person? Multibillion dollar company that doesn't give a crap. We are used to commercial equipment being commercial, and if it fails, we need a quick response not a two week response. We need it within a day or same day.
