Good operation, easy installation however we've found the microwave power to be less than our old counter-top Panasonic unit with the same reported wattage level. Not a showstopper, just an observation. Good under counter or island unit. Read more

Manufacturer is unwilling to offer any type of help.
I purchased the Cosmo Drawer Microwave 16 months ago, and it has been installed and in use for about 14 months. From early on, the door was a constant frustration, it will close on you unexpectedly, even while you’re trying to get your food out. This isn’t just inconvenient, it feels unsafe. Now, after just a little over a year of use, the unit has started arcing in one location inside. We keep it very clean, so this is clearly a product defect and not any other type of issue. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they were unwilling to take responsibility or offer any meaningful support. For a product at this price point, I expected durability and safety. Instead, I’ve been left with a defective microwave and zero help from the company. I would not buy this product again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a microwave that is reliable, safe, and backed by a manufacturer who stands behind what they sell. Read more
