Bought it January 10,2025 and Used it a handful of times and it worked great Monday not even 90 days later it won’t light up turn on or even charge However, my satisfaction was short-lived. Just after three months, the massager abruptly stopped working. What was initially a dependable source of relaxation turned into a source of frustration. I reached out to the vendor for support or a possible replacement, but my attempts to contact them went unanswered. This lack of customer service only added to my disappointment. Considering the price point of $100, I expected a product that would last significantly longer and come with reliable customer support. This experience left me feeling like I wasted my money on a product that didn't stand the test of time, and a company that doesn't value its customers. Overall, I can't recommend this product due to its poor longevity and the company's unresponsive customer service. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I use this for several post op surgical areas like perineum/scrotum scar tissue, hip nerve restoration from TJR and lower back knots from yard work. I even bought one for my wife for her shoulder and hip pain. A little louder than I thought but still quiet. The rubber body is easy to manipulate and while have uses it for a week daily, I haven't had to recharge it yet. Read more

I got this palm massager just to try it out. I like the form, it's short and flat at the base while strong. That makes it better to rest against something so you dont have to hold it. That said, this actually belongs in a platform. You should thank me for my brilliant idea by sending me another one. :)). I have not had enough time with it to know about battery life. Read more

I am so surprised with how cold this thing gets! I was fully expecting the heat to be great but the cold to be more of a novelty. I'll be the first to admit: I was wrong. The cold gets REALLY cold!
