This is the perfect little shaving bowl. The nubs at the bottom really help to whip up lather for your shave. Being silicone it rinses really well, and dry quickly being hydrophobic. It collapses easily for travel or easy storage. No need to waste more money on a ceramic or fancy bowl, as the price on this cannot be beat. I still use it every time I need a shave, and will buy another if anything happens to it. Read more

Excellent design for traveling. The bumps within the bowl allow for one to create lots of shaving lather very easily without damaging your shaving brush. I like the folding aspect of the bowl as one can place it in a toiletry bag with ease as it does not take up much space. Being flat, you can also easily slip it into a carry on suitcase or dopp bag and expand it to a full bowl size when needed. Great purchase and a must have to anyone who likes using a shaving brush when performing one's morning rituals. Read more

Exactly as shown in the photos, collapsible, and easy to carry in the dopp bag. The fins at the bottom help get some decent lather. Don't expect this shaving bowl to retain heat though. The thin walls don't help. But this is perfect for travel or when a quick shave is needed at work. Read more

This gets a phenomenal lather with a tiny amount of cream, very lightweight so great for travel. Looks fine, but does its job quite well. Much less expensive than a lot of options. Definitely recommend. Read more

You've got to be kidding me. I got this on sale on Amazon for $4.50 and this thing performs awesome. I mean better than any of my other shaving mugs or bowls. How can I say that? Easy. The inside has these large plastic teeth like protrubances for lack of a better word and that stimulates the brush as you move it around I was able to not just get way better foam from the artisanal shaving soaps I use but I was able to improve my wrist technique because the feedback is immediate. In the form of richer lather. It's not as pretty as my ceramic bowl or porcelain mug and I still like them for countertop decoration but I use this about half the time now because it's so easy to get a good lather. Read more

This really does the job when trying to get a good lather, considering it is exactly the same as a travel water bowl for your dog LOL! All joking aside it really does a good job, collapses small, and is nice to be able to travel with as well. Can't beat it for the price. Read more

Easy to generate good lather. Nice it folds to conserve space. Be aware: Natural fur brushes may lose bristles from the friction against the silicone material. My Simpson brush does just fine, but my badger brush lost a few bristles so I stopped using it. I don’t recall the make of my badger brush, so it may not be a higher quality brush. Read more
