Shaving Brushes Kit For Men 4 In 1 Shaving Brush Set Includes Badger Hair Shave Brush Stainless Steel

I'm new to wet shaving with a double edge safety razor, and I wanted to try out a shaving cream brush without spending a lot of money. I wasn't sold on the lathering experience being all that special, regardless of what a lot of shaving tutorials on YouTube said. My first 4 or 5 shaves were with regular aerosol shaving cream without any issues. I figured I'd give this a try and I'm definitely enjoying the experience! I'm glad that I got a synthetic bristle brush for ease of care (drys quickly, and no wet animal smell at all). I like the stainless steel bowl that was larger than a lot of the other cheaper sets included. The bowl works great with the puck of shave soap and I'm delighted with the results of lather and smoothness of my shave. I genuinely think it does improve the process, especially because I dig the procedure now. Kinda strange how much I like it. The stand works great and holds my razor too. Only gave four stars because I am guessing it's not stainless steel. As the part where you store a shaver rusts at the bottom, holding little circle apart. Otherwise the bore bristle brush holds up really nicely and the soap is nice as well. My husband seems to really enjoy this as it levels up. His she even gave. Overall is a nice little kit. If you don't mind the little bottom part, getting some rust in it that you don't really see it since you have the handle in there. However, I guess if you dried it off you wouldn't have the problem. My husband likes to put the soap in the bowl and add some water and then swirl it around with the brush. Makes a really nice lather. Only reason why I gave four stars is because of the rust. Otherwise it's a really nice product and a nice gift idea as well. Read more

This is good quality for the money. I used to shave in the shower with face wash and wasted a lot of water. Now I shave in the sink with this shaving brush and soap and it is so much better and saves water, too. The only thing that I did not like about this is that there were no instructions--I had to check YouTube to find a video to learn how to use this, but the price is not bad, the soap is very good and makes my shaving a lot better. The mug is thick walled and insulated, too. I think the insulation helps to keep the soap lather the right temperature. I have no complaints other than the lack of instructions. Read more
