I got this as a gift and I am really so happy with that massager!! This thing is so amazing!!! It does an amazing job massaging my neck and upper back. I recommend you to just use the slow speed since it really gives you a very firm massage. I hope this device fix my neck and shoulder pain, so I don't have to go to Chiropractic. I think I twisted my neck in a bad sleeping position. I'm also using an ice pad for my neck and shoulder, and it seems like it is really helping me slowly. Also, my husband is using it since he gets sore muscles. I know this amazing massager will help relax his muscles. By the way, you can also plug it into your car. I absolutely love this massager!
