This is a decent, but somewhat underwhelming massager. It's a little annoying to try and select the correct routine, and the way it squeezes my neck is either not enough or too uncomfortable until you dial it in just right. If you're gonna be letting this thing be at your neck, it should be a little easier to fine-tune. The battery life is decent, but definitely not quite as good as the listing says. It's even lower if you use the heat. The manual also says to "only use the cable that comes with the product", warning that others may damage the product. Which... what? The product charges with USB-C. I assume that they're worried about someone using their fast phone charger with this, but why would that be a problem? Part of the USB-C spec is being able to request exactly how many amps/watts you need to charge. Any reasonably designed product should be able to handle these cases. If they didn't, then that seems really inconvenient - you're basically stuck using this one cable to charge this thing. All in all, this is decent, but you can probably find something a bit better and more convenient for a similar price. Read more

I get terrible back pain, especially upper back pain. I got this to help relieve that as our local massage therapy places are very expensive. First off, it’s a little awkwardly shaped. I kinda hoped it wouldn’t be so bulky to store but it is. It does take a little getting used to to adjust it the fit you want since the motor kneaders can be a little finnicky, they’ll pause if they can’t knead properly. Thankfully though it’s still kinda light so that helps. Also, when worn properly, it actually provides some deep pressure relief. The heating function is very nice, though watch the battery as it drains faster. I recommend reviewing the manual well cause the modes took a bit to learn. Overall though it works well. It fits both me and my husband well. It’s a pretty good value too since the massagers actually move and reach deeply. I noted some advice from another user and will reiterate as it’s helpful: I let it stop in a good position before turning off. Also, the straps fit well, but if you’re a bit bigger than average, it may be a tight fit/not fit at all. I wish they adjusted longer. Read more

This is my 3rd one because family members keep taking the other ones and we love them all. these feel way better than traditional shiatsu ones from what you might have back at the turn of the century. Super easy to use and if you are clever you can even lie on it to get a really nice deep tissue massage out of it. Highly effective and I use mine every night and this thing has not burned out or stopped. I do have to say that I wish device could be used while plugged instead of having to wait to charge it up But maybe that's an intentional self limiting factor to stop someone like me from just using it for 5 hours a day straight? anyway overall I cannot begin to tell you what a good value this is and how much you absolutely need one if you have shoulder or neck pain. I like the wireless design of it. Moreover, it is small and lightweight, and can be easily worn with just one button. I can wear it anytime and anywhere, whether at work, while taking care of children, on a business trip, or even when taking a high-speed train or lying on the sofa. Its heating function responds quickly and provides great comfort, especially after a long day of work. However, one thing to note is that if you pull the strap a little too tightly to make the massage head fit your neck and shoulders better, the massage head will get stuck and won't move, so you need to loosen it to restore normal kneading.
